Council was asked to

1. 11. The Transit Commission portion of the 2023 Draft Operating and Capital Budgets, as follows: 11 A. - Transit Commission Draft Operating Budget, as amended by Motion TTC 2023-02-04 as follows (amends the Transit Services User Fees): i. That transit fares for children aged 8-12 shall become free of charge, and go into effect on July 1, 2023.
