Lansdowne Partnership Plan - Authorization to Proceed to the Next Steps in the Redevelopment Report

- staff be directed to develop an approach to extend the principles guiding traffic demand management, including transit and active transportation, for large events to other events like music festivals that are held on the grounds; and FURTHER
- staff report back to council as part of a future report on Lansdowne, with recommendations for a framework for this process.
