Motion – Ditch Infill Notifications for 4644, 4634 & 4652 Anderson Road

Council was asked to

1. that the ditch infill at 4633, 4634, and 4652 Anderson Road be exempted from the revised ditch alteration policy carried by Council on 6 July 2022, with the alterations remaining in place and monitored for future flooding concerns; and that, should flooding concerns arise in the future, the city will seek corrective action in accordance with the Use of Care of Roads By-law and/or Site Alteration By-law with respect to the ditch infill exemptions at 4633, 4634, and 4652 Anderson Road will be reassessed.
