The recitals
- Booth Street between Somerset Street and Albert Street is a two-lane street that descends steeply towards Lebreton Flats, with no easy access for parking or deliveries
- this section of Booth Street cuts through an established residential neighbourhood which is already served by commercial streets like Somerset, Preston, and Albert
- this section of Booth Street already experiences high levels of commuter and illegal truck traffic, as well as traffic from events at Lebreton Flats
