- that, prior to proceeding to debate and vote on the proposed Safe Access to Social Infrastructure By law, City Council proceed in camera pursuant to section 239(2)(f) of the Municipal Act, 2001 and Subsection 13(1)(f) the City of Ottawa Procedure By law No. 2025 100, to consider advice protected by solicitor client privilege, being the external legal opinion obtained by the City Solicitor regarding the Charter implications of the proposed by law.
